Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our Texas warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an order-confirmation email right after checkout and another with tracking once your order ships.
During holidays or new product launches, processing may take an extra 1-2 business days due to increased volume.
U.S. Shipping — All States, Territories & APO/FPO
We proudly ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and armed-forces bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

Shipments are sent via UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your location and the most reliable rate.
Canada Shipping
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Packaging & Handling
Every Risen West hat is carefully packed in a premium protective box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so our team can make it right.
Shipping Fees & Returns
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for “Free Shipping.”
If an item is approved for return, the actual shipping cost paid to the carrier will be deducted from any refund (when applicable).
Delays & Exceptions
Most orders arrive on time, but delays due to weather, carrier service issues, or customs (for Canada) are outside our control.
Risen West is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
